TIGERFLEX UV

The Tigerflex UV ink range is specially formulated to for high quality flexographic printing on modern narrow-web label and folding carton presses. A unique blend of pigments and resins are used to achieve high colour strength at the low viscosity needed for the flexographic process.

We have addressed many of the problems usually associated with UV flexographic inks in the past and have produced a set of inks that exhibit excellent flow at a low viscosity.  High gloss levels and excellent overprintability, combined with exceptional dot sharpness means that these inks can produced very high quality work. We have worked hard to achieve excellent on-press performance, minimising ink spray and splashing with open ducts, making these inks very stable on the press with excellent de-foaming and de-aeration properties.

HEAT STABILITY

We have found these inks to be stable over a wide temperature range allowing their use in wide variety of press-room conditions and locations around the world (e.g; cold, temperate and tropical conditions)

ADHESION

The Tigerflex UV  range has designed these inks for use on a variety of self adhesive papers as well as a wide range of film substrates such as PE, PP and OPP*.

( *Due to the variety of film treatments, the suitability of the substrate should always be checked. )

Data provided is based on laboratory evaluation and extensive press experience. However the product’s performance and suitability for the customer’s purpose depend on the particular conditions of use. Products should therefore be tested prior to use to ensure suitability.
